Print-quality (300 dpi
or better) .tif and .eps are the best
formats. If you do not have a print-quality logo file, you can usually obtain one from your marketing department. We can sometimes pull your logo from a print-quality PDF file. We will be happy to review the PDF file to see if we can get a good quality logo from it.
Files that either came off of your website
or have been optimized for web use are not
acceptable as they are not of high enough
quality to generate clean printing artwork.
Bitmap images are defined
by a precisely "mapped" collection of individual
dots or pixels of various colors. EPS (Encapsulated
Postscript) files define graphics using
mathematical algorithms that allow for scaling
and modification without a loss of image
resolution.
Yes, we will accept files
with PMS (Pantone® Matching System) colors
in .EPS or .TIF file formats.
The process uses combinations
of varying sizes of blue (cyan), red (magenta),
yellow (yellow), and black (black) dots
to create images. You see four color process
printing every day in color pictures in
newspapers. Also sometimes called CMYK.
We use 4-color process on all of our personalized
products.
Email
your logo to: artwork@healthcareinspirations.com as an attachment in one of the above file
formats. If the file size is over 2MB, please use a free file transfer service, such as YouSendIt.com.
Whichever
method you choose, please make sure to reference
your order number in the subject line of your email.
