The following one-time set-up fees apply to each order: Customize the role or color (includes changing the Patient Safety Standard Design - see below): $ 55.00 for the 1st role or color $ 25.00 for each role or color thereafter Customize the patient saftety standard area: Quoted on a per-order basis.
