Provide your staff with this convenient and easy-to-read pocket guide that will allow them to assess a patient's level of pain wherever they are.


      • The front side of the guide features the WONG-Baker™ Scale which can be used with children (as young as 3 years of age and cognitively impaired patients), along with a 0-10 measurement gauge with 0 featuring a pale yellow and 10 a fire red. Large easy-to-read type is featured in English and Spanish.
      • The back of the guide features the FLACC scale.
      • The Guide is 6" x 4" with a hole punched in the top left of the card to attach a pear-hook or carabineer. The card is protected in laminate and has rounded-safety corners.
