Our Tray Liners are an innovative way to remind patients each time they are served a meal -- that "It's OK to Ask!" questions about their care.

  • Tray Liner features a side column for patient to write notes to their Doctor or Nurse.
  • We can add or modify content to suit any patient population.
  • Full color imprint on 70# white paper.
  • Tray Liner is shown in English, but can either be translated or bilingual. Back-side can be imprinted too if you want English on the Front, and say, Spanish on the back.
  • There is a $125.00 set-up fee that will be added to your order to add your logo and customize the size to your specific needs. Pricing below is up to 11 x 17"

  Ships via UPS Ground unless another method of shipping is indicated at checkout.

  • YOUR FIRST ORDER MUST BE PRE-PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD OR COMPANY CHECK.
  • On approved credit, future orders can be billed Net 15 Days with a written Purchase Order (this is required before we can ship your order). You can place an order online using a Puchase Order. Select "Purchase Order" as method of payment. And enter your P.O. number where indicated.
